I agree and understand that my deposit is nonrefundable and that cancellation can be made up to 30 days before a scheduled trip.

 

 

I understand that I may reschedule the said trip once within the current season that the trip was initially booked and maintain my deposit if done before 30 days prior to the trip.

 

 

I understand that Fishhunter Enterprise has the right to cancellation due to inclement weather upon the captain's discretion or any unforeseen circumstances and that in the event of this, my deposit would be returned.

 

 

I understand that Fishhunter Enterprise will do their absolute best to find the best waters available for fishing and that fish cannot be a guarantee.

 

 

   I AGREE TO FOLLOW ALL LAWS AND REGULATIONS PER THE STATE OF FLORIDA AS WELL AS FISHHUNTER ENTERPRISE.
